I am refinishing/restoring an 80's v220 and need the old arched logo for the headstock, as a white waterslide decal....any ideas where I could find one (most likely have it made)?

Look on evilbay. There are a ton of logo companies on there, I remember seeing a few that would print anything you wanted.

as long as you don't need the logo to be white, you can make your own water slide decal at home with a laser or inkjet printer. Google water slide decal paper and you'll find it available.

You can also search your area for places that do decals (custom bike shops etc). They may be able to print rub off white graphics. There are places that do vinyl letters too. You may find this more common than places that make rub-off graphics. The trick is to have the artwork prepared in a vector drawing, not a bitmapped image such as JPG.

Haha, white is what I need, it's a black headstock. I looked into some white cartridges in the past, white, gold, etc. I can do a vector based .ai file but man I need that in white! I'll peep some of the ibanez/fender, etc logos and see about contacting the seller for some customs stuff.

If you're crafty enough to make a stencil, you can use white enamel on decal paper, after it drys spray clear gloss Krylon over it. you should then have a waterslide decal. At least that's what I understand how plane and car modelers do it.
